Resting Is Also Moving

I’ve been a bit quieter here lately.
Not because I’ve lost interest, but because life asked me to be fully present somewhere else.
This past week, I’ve been working as the only nurse in an emergency unit for displaced patients. An intense job—physically and emotionally—that left me with just enough energy to breathe, eat something warm, and move my body a little so I wouldn’t get stuck in exhaustion.
In the midst of all that, I felt the need to pause.
Not to quit, but to rest. To not push myself to create content or keep up with everything. Because sometimes, the only way to keep going… is to stop.
Stopping doesn’t mean giving up.
It means listening to yourself, respecting your limits, and choosing care over pressure.
We live in a world that constantly urges us to produce, perform, and never stay still. But how important it is to be able to say:
“Right now, I need a break.”
To come back with more calm. To come back with joy.
To make sure that what’s next doesn’t come from stress, but from a real desire to share, to connect, and to build with love.
In August, I’m launching a very special project I’ve been preparing. But before I fill myself with new words, I needed to empty out some of the noise.
If you’re also feeling like you just can’t do it all right now, please—give yourself permission to pause.
You’re not falling behind. You’re showing up for yourself.
I’ll be back here very soon, with fresh ideas, vibrant colors, and the same essence as always.
